What Pro includes

YouniqMail is free at its core: unlimited accounts, all the basics, no ads. Pro unlocks the power-user features and lifts the quantity limits. Pro features carry a small Pro badge in the app.

Pro features

Writing and sending

  • Identities and aliases: send under several addresses from one account
  • Send actions: Send & archive, Send & remove all flags
  • Template variables: placeholders like {{recipient.firstName}} in templates that fill in on insert, and values right while you write
  • Read receipts: request them, see when a mail was read, and answer requests
  • Recipient intelligence: hints while writing, for instance about typos in addresses, first contacts and open recipient lists, plus an MX and SPF check of the recipient domain and a warning for domains whose mail often fails SPF, DKIM or DMARC

Organizing

  • Follow-ups: get reminded when a reply fails to appear
  • Pinning: fix important mail to the top of the list
  • Advanced automation: content and header conditions, regex, attachment rules and actions for integrations

Analyzing and connecting

  • Statistics: mail volume, reply rate, heatmap, most frequent senders and trends across accounts and time periods
  • The four analytical dashboard tiles: top contacts, bounce overview, unanswered mail and volume over time. All other tiles are free.
  • All integrations: tasks, calendar, webhooks, Script Runner, meeting links
  • Extended notifications: action buttons in notifications, control per account and per folder
  • Contact import from Google, Microsoft 365 and iCloud (importing from files is free)
  • Bounce detection: recognize undeliverable mail automatically

Security

  • S/MIME: import certificates, sign and encrypt. Reading and verifying received S/MIME mail works without Pro too, PGP is entirely free.

When Pro ends

Nothing is deleted. What you created above the limits, that is snippets, templates, smart folders, saved searches and rules, is kept and stays usable. New ones are added only once there is room again or Pro returns.

The Pro features themselves, on the other hand, pause: rules with Pro components stop running, integrations stop, S/MIME mails can no longer be signed or encrypted. Existing follow-ups keep running. Details under What happens when Pro ends?
